Abstract

Steganography has been used as a tool to hide data under various covers by a wide range of offenders ranging from tax evaders to terrorist organizations like al-quaida. This paper tries to find out the strategies used by various steganography tools and provide the insight into various methodologies and strategies for staganalysis. The paper also aims to establish a holistic approach including human psychology to aid the law enforcement agencies in finding the hidden information.
