Abstract
The Cyber Law regime was ushered into India 7 years ago. These 7 years have seen path breaking court judgements that have defined the Indian cyber legal framework. My presentation will be on these cases and how they have laid down important principles relating to cyber pornography, computer source code, digital evidence and electronic contracts.
